Repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescription requests (green computer slips) should be put into the designated box on the reception desk at least two working days before the medicine is needed.  You may also fax the request to 0117 916 2206 before 10am.

Rather than have to come back to collect the prescription and then go over to the chemist for it to be dispensed, you can collect it direct from the chemist.  This saves you time and keeps the surgeries less busy.  Please indicate on the green form which chemist you wish to collect from.

For Shirehampton patients, you may collect from either Boots or Lloyds in the High Street.  For Capel Road patients, you may collect from Lloyds in Lawrence Weston.  Any patient can make arrangements for routine deliveries by Pharmacy Plus Direct.

Prescriptions queries can often be dealt with by the pharmacist.  Please try them before contacting the surgery with queries.
